Tree meets in the Ottawa Arts Court at 2 Daly Ave on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

Admission is free, although we do pass the hat.

 

Free poetry workshop 6:45-7:45, regular session begins at 8:00.  There is lots of parking nearby.

14 September 2010 - Karen Connelly
Karen Connelly is the author of nine books of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. Much of her work involves the exploration of other cultures and languages (of which she speaks five, with a sixth on the way.) Her latest book, the memoir Burmese Lessons, a love story, has received critical acclaim in the U.S. and Canada, and was nominated for Canada's most prestigious literary nonfiction prize.  More information HERE.
